Anupama was part of the core team of one of India's leading workplace counselling companies for 9 years. During this period she worked along with many multi-national and Indian companies to formulate their employee wellness programs, and conducted several training programs for a diverse audience in the areas of stress management, personal effectiveness, gender diversity, prevention of sexual harassment at workplace, manager sensitization, marriage, parenting skills to name a few. Her work gave her a unique insight into concerns of individuals within an organizational perspective. Her passion for helping individuals encouraged Anupama to get formally trained as a counselor. She has completed certificate courses in basic counseling, personal counseling (Robert Carkhuff method), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy, TA 101 and is currently pursuing a course on Transactional Analysis in Organisation Development.
